A Walk Down Memory Lane

Today is the birthday of a special gal, so as a tiny gift to her I decided to take some photos that will take us both down memory lane. It was a lot of fun going back to a handful of the places and remembering the moments while taking pictures. I smco a lot while doing this. Some of the places I couldn't even find again, but it was still a nice adventure while trying. Lets see if you can recognize the places :P

To start my day I first had to travel over the well known Skyway bridge. I hadn't crossed over this bridge in a longggg time so it was a strange feeling to do it again. Before crossing I decided to test my eye and see what kind of pictures I could get.

After making my way over the Skyway I passed by a very special gas station that we once
spent hours waiting at. Oh man was that an interesting day.
I felt weird tryin to take photos of a gas station so this is the best I got.

The Flea Market; the next stop on my adventure. When I got here the place was incredibly packed. I had to park all the way in the very back, and once I got inside it was even more crowded. As I was walking through the isles trying to find a specific vendor (whom I never found) I was stopped by a very genuine religious man named Saikim. As you know, I normally wouldn't stop for people when I have my mind set on something. However, I felt as if I was supposed to. After having a nice long chat with Saikim I continued on my path and found a familiar spot. It rocked. (You'll get that pun once you see the spot I am referring to)

After the flea market and having lunch, I went over to the special bridge that you introduced me to.

Yes, I seriously brought Crook along for the ride. lol.

So many good & bad memories made at this movie theatre.
I swear one worker in there still has my wallet.

So much deliciousness in such a tiny shop. I got a banana and black raspberry smoothie that day and it was the best smoothie I had ever had. No joke.

I wonder if you can actually tell which park this is from from these few pictures.

While taking pictures of the pavillion something strange happend. I was inside of it trying to look for a good angle and I noticed a folded up piece of paper that was shoved in between the wood. I pulled it out and what I found is the card below. Coincidence? Maybe. Sign from god? Most likely, since it wasn't the first.

This was one of the more special places to travel back to and visit.

Next are some pictures I took while in St Pete. There were a few places we had been to down there, so I snapped some shots. While walking I found this church that was very beautiful and I had to stop and get a picture of it. Hope you like it and all the other pictures. I also hope you are doing well and that you had a wonderful birthday.

February 4th is a day I will remember for quite a few reasons. It was the day Nate Diaz and Carlos Condit went head to head in a highly controversial fight, possibly even the last fight of Diaz's career. Before watching that event I had spent the rest of my day with my best bud, Emanuel. We hungout, took photos, laughed, watched Chronicle (which was pretty darn good) and had an all around awesome day. So here are some of those pictures. [Taken on 2-4-12]
